What steps are we taking?
We are dedicated to minimising our environmental footprint and upholding the highest standards of environmental governance guided by continuous monitoring and evaluation.
Environment
Our Commitment
In 2025 we publicly committed to a near-term science-based emissions reduction target through the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) of maintaining zero scope 1 and scope 2 emissions through 2030.
Going forward, we plan to measure and reduce our scope 3 emissions creating the foundations for making a net zero commitment.
Our Strategy
Our Sustainability Plan sets out targets and practical actions across key areas of our operations. The plan is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect progress, innovation, and evolving best practices.

Did you know that we have a dedicated team conducting environmental impact assessment of healthcare?
We use our HEOR expertise to support pharmaceutical and medical technology clients to assess environmental sustainability as an additional value element.
Staff Wellbeing and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)
We aim to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, and able to contribute and thrive. We’ve set clear objectives, track our progress regularly, and embed inclusive practices across our business.

As a participant in the UK government’s Disability Confident scheme, we are committed to attracting, supporting, and retaining disabled employees and those with long-term health conditions.
Ensuring staff have access to mental health and wellbeing support through our internal team of trained mental health first aiders and dedicated employee assistance programme.

We believe that transparent reporting on sustainability is essential for building trust, measuring progress, and holding ourselves accountable to our commitments.
That’s why we’re proud to share our latest Impact Report below, detailing the actions we’re taking to reduce our environmental footprint, contribute meaningfully to our communities, and embed responsible practices across our operations.
To benchmark our progress we’ve partnered with EcoVadis, a globally recognised sustainability assessment platform. EcoVadis evaluates performance across four key areas: environmental impact, labour and human rights standards, ethics, and procurement practices.
We’re proud to have achieved a gold rating in our most recent EcoVadis assessment in August 2025, a reflection of the progress we've made and a foundation for continuous improvement.
